Cash and banking Team leader will be responsible of managing banking records and accounts, supervising and tracking cash movements documentation of the process and procedures of cash and bank section.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the team for delivering fully reconciled Bank Records for all bank accounts to the deadline on a monthly basis.                                                                            
  • Making sure that cash book reconciles with the General Ledger.                                                           
  • Supervision, control and monitoring of Cash Management function.                                          
  • Ensuring all related book-keeping is posted in a timely manner and is up to date.             
  • Supervising all posting of manual Payment same day and filed away to archive.                           
  • Supervise and maintain Excel Tracker for cash movements and all funds position.                              
  • Managing all documentation of process and procedures of cash and bank unit.       
  • Enhancing new services and products to treasury function, to ensure ease process and procedures


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance, business or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance & accounting.

Job-related Knowledge:

  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of GAPP, IAS, SAS, and IFRS is highly preferred.
  • Possess good business acumen and is highly adaptive.

Technical Skills:                                       

  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work: Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  •  Strong cash management experience relevant to the role. dealing with currencies and cash-flows.      


Responsible for assessing, monitoring, planning and managing the efficient utilization of cash and bank resources in a manner consistent with the objectives of the bank. Also responsible for company liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company’s financial activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer all bank accounts, including new accounts, new signers and maintain clear records internally.
  • Review account set ups, banking fees, earnings credits, etc.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all financial information processed within the Treasury team, ensuring the integrity of financial data and monitoring the reconciliation of bank and loan accounts.
  • Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
  • Create standard operating procedures for individual and routine tasks
  • Participating in planning, budgeting and forecasting activities for financial purposes.
  • Manage the budget, forecast, and reporting processes for all treasury costs.
  •  Prepare and review Treasury & financial reports and perform compliance activities
  • Optimize efficiencies by evaluating, developing, and implementing cash management systems.
  • Regularly review treasury policies & procedures, ensuring that they are implemented through tight operational practices and systems of work.


  • Bachelor’s degree finance, accounting, economics, business or similar required.
  • at least 10 years of experience.

Job-related Knowledge:

  • Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles

Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities. Your duties will include maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures. Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out. Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, Manage the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the section.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
  • Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
  • Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
  • Create and implement maintenance procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
  • Supervise and coach the team members and set their yearly target and conduct the performance review on regular basis.
  • To contribute to the effective management, motivation and development of Personnel team resources by liaising closely with key line management personnel and other relevant parties within the MOROUJ Company, to ensure problems/issues are identified and resolved or appropriately.
  • Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within his/her responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Information Security Policies.
  • Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
  • Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
  • Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
  • Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
  • Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.


  • Bachelor’s degree/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance & mechanical Engineering.

Job-related Knowledge& skills:

  1. Knowledge of motors and motor control methods.
  2. Knowledge of welding, fabrication, plumbing, fitting and general repairs to mechanical equipment.
  3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  4. Proven experience working with both relay logic and PLC control systems.
  5. Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
  6. Basic knowledge of electrical installations and drawings.
  7. Demonstrating competencies in the areas of leadership, initiative, teamwork, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  8. Verbal skills (writing & communication).
  9. Negotiation skills.
  10. Planning and organizing skills
  11. Conflict handling and resolution skills.
  12. Highly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel. Word, PowerPoint etc.
