1-Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Search and Prequalify clients
• Arrange meetings with decision makers/influencers and give presentations
• Following up, cold calls and hot calls with clients
• Send proposals and follow up
• Close deals and hand it over to the concerned department
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Providing excellent Customer Service
• Promoting the Brand as per the company policy
• Maintain & update product knowledge
• Training Planning & Forecasting
• Build and maintain good relations with the existing customers


• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent Command In English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience not less than 2 years
• Art of communication in dealing with customers
• Highly Skilled in Customer Services
• Achieving Sales Target & Oriented
• Effective Team working Skills
• Good Appearance

2- Office Manager (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• As an Office Manager, you are the warm and welcoming first point of contact for our clients. Through friendly phone, email, & face to face networking, you’ll connect and develop supportive relationships with clients.
• greet clients, obtain their information, answer general questions, and set expectations for their visit.
• Ensure all administrative activities are completed confidentially with speed and accuracy
• Works closely with the CEO to keep him informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, and follow up action items requiring attention.
• Plans and coordinates meetings (i.e., offsite and onsite), schedules, special events and logistics.
• Coordinates all meetings including agenda,  activities, and presentation materials.
• Manages the general office function including equipment, furniture, reception, and mail.
• Completes special projects for corporate executive team.
• Prepare, plan, and organize activities to share communications with employees using various media.
• Composes, prepares, reviews, and/or modifies communications, presentation materials, reports, spreadsheets and agendas in a professional and consistent style.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of strong administrative experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
