Main Job Role:
- Maintain consistency across all organizational levels.
- Make sure the company processes and procedures all follow the same mission, providing overall dependability.
- They improve processes, generate reports, and document QA systems.
- Carry out risk analysis in each area and process of the company.
- Carry out internal audits of the production system.
- Supervise the procedures of the company processes.
- Manage the documents that are the legal basis of the quality processes.
Qualifications & Years of Experience:
- B. SC in Science of chemistry or Food Science and Technology
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis and root cause analysis is required
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Minimum 4-6 Years experience working in the food industry.
Knowledge Skills & Working Conditions:
- Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
- Documentation & implementation (HACCP system, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and HSE system) at least 2 years of audit experience and auditor/ lead auditor certification is necessary.
- problem analysis and problem-solving.
- HACCAP System.
- Hard worker.
