Main Job Purpose:

The purpose of the job is to execute and perform maintenance of all faulted lines in copper and fibers beside the new services installation of PSTN, ADSL, and BBS within targeted SLA and KPI.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Resolve, repair, and install the fiber and copper services request in a proper way.
• Perform configuration of the router and switches for BBS customers.
• Handle the delivery of the new service and maintenance in target SLA
• Conduct the BBS customers cost survey and follow up with the subcontractors in execution with standard
specification
• Manage, optimize, request, and monitor the needed materials of the fiber and copper cables with their
accessories.
• Follow up and close customers’ complains, TTs from Call Center, NOC, and related system of BCC4, Code PBM,
and sales modules.
• Handle the documentation as-built drawing for existing and new lines link in fiber and copper with manhole
routes for modernization and expansion projects.

Main Job Purpose:

Responsible for providing full support to region technical teams in fixed network to execute the department target plan in installation of the new services by fiber, copper, P2P beside commitment to the service delivery KPIs and SLA.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Prepare the needs and follow up the supply chain E2E of material needs in fiber, copper, and their attached to
achieve the objectives of each region.
• Prepare suitable technical solutions for the region’s customer depending on his want and needs.
• Plan and manage the region’s material stock needs
• Follow up and feedback the complins and overdue TTs by BCC4, Code BPM, NOC, and corporate account
managers
• Plan and expand the subscriber base in fixed services with coordination of technical and commercial-related
sections.
• Follow up the execution of pending service by focusing on high Mbps customers and corporates
• Lead the region’s team to apply the new BBS technology by FTTX.
• Follow up the subcontractor’s performance and regular evaluation besides monitoring the changing in the
market.

Job Description:

Main Job Purpose (Job Summary):

The main purpose of this Job is to carry out sales activities and account management role targeting FLIP
Customers (Residential or B2B). The main purpose of the role is to grow FLIP sales and pool of
customers/clients to meet Sudani growth objectives and maintaining high customers satisfaction (retention).

Duties & responsibilities:

1. To develop the annual and monthly sales plans (Revenue, Subscribers and sales visits) for the unit
in accordance with the company’s plan and direction.
2. Prospecting for new customers acquisitions.
3. Ensure effective deals closing.
4. Fully understanding of products benefits to do product presentation to clients.
5. To maintain professional and effective communication approach with clients and internally with
team and other stakeholders.
6. To build and maintain strong business relations with Accounts/clients.
7. To show high responsiveness and attentions to client’s requests, calls, emails, and such.
8. To prepare financial and technical proposals/offers to potential clients.
9. To closely follow-up installations and pre-sales services and after-sales services.
10. To arrange service activations with back-office team.
11. To ensure high customers retention and satisfaction is achieved by meeting with customers
routinely and regularly.
12. To do upselling and cross-selling.
13. To come up with creative strategies and initiatives to increase sales, revenue, customers
satisfaction.
14. To develop and maintain updated products portfolio.
15. To develop and maintain updated maps of FLIP services coverage (Stations, Fiber and such).
16. To perform all above tasks using the company platforms and technologies.
17. To strongly commit to Sudatel group sales policies and regulations.
